In the heart of the rolling hills of Montepulciano, our Olivastra Seggianese olive trees produce an extra virgin olive oil with a truly distinctive profile: intense, refined, and capable of telling the story of our land in every drop.
Harvesting is done by hand, and the olives are cold-pressed within two hours, preserving maximum freshness and aroma while avoiding oxidation – the worst enemy of olive oil. Storage in temperature-controlled rooms ensures the highest quality and stability until the very last taste.


Our production is intentionally limited (650 – 1,000 bottles of 0.5 L depending on the vintage), making Olio San Bartolomeo di Caselle a rare and precious product. On the palate, it is elegant and balanced, with fresh green notes and a pleasant peppery finish, perfect for enhancing dishes without overpowering them.
